Ordering Information

Parts ordered before 1pm EST are normally shipped the same day. Parts are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from shipping date.

We can only ship to the lower 48 US states. Orders placed with shipping addresses to Alaska or Hawaii will be canceled.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We will notify you if parts are not in stock, give you a time frame of delivery and let you make a decision on order.

All engines, transmissions, decks, case lot quantities of lubricants, solvents and fluids, whole goods and other oversized items and accessories will require additional freight charges. The customer will be notified of the exact costs prior to shipment to determine if they wish to proceed with the order.

We are no longer able to ship oversized Gravely decks. 

Return Policy

Contact us via email for return authorization if you would like to return a part. Parts returns must be made within 20 days and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return shipping charges will be customers responsibility. Parts must be new, unused, in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on ignition, electrical, carburetor parts or gaskets.

Part returns caused in error by us will be return shipped at our expense. The 20% restocking charge will also be waived.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without changing any of our web pages. We also reserve the right to void any order and issue a full refund to the customer if the pricing for the products ordered is found to be inaccurate due to administrative error or technical glitch. We will not process any order for shipping without the expressed consent of the customer if the price is different than published.
